In 30+ years of writing experience, and 15+ of teaching English, I have come to understand that everyone has their own process, and their own tools. My job is to help people learn how to use the tools they already possess and equip them with more, so they can develop their own process, and teach them how to refine their practice so they forge their own voice and style.
